"Portraits of Women" is an initiative for those who strive for equality. We promote the personal and professional growth of women, foster a conscious and supportive community, and challenge stereotypes about women's roles in society. Together, we are building a future based on mutual understanding and support.

Our Achievements
The "Women’s Portraits" initiative has successfully implemented a series of programs aimed at promoting gender equality and fostering partnership relationships.
We are proud to present an overview of the activities carried out, focusing on rethinking traditional gender roles in everyday life, supporting women, and strengthening equality within families.
  • Skill Workshop "Equal Home"
    Seminars and workshops on shared household management were successfully held in our space.
    More than 30 participants, with nearly a third of families experiencing positive changes, took part in the initiative.
  • Volunteer Program "Support for Everyone"
    The temporary assistance program for families enabled women to find time for self-development. We received 12 positive testimonials from service recipients.
  • Mobile Equality Library
    The traveling library featuring books on gender equality and self-development visited 8 communities, reaching over 130 users!
  • Online Support Platform "Advice for You"
    We launched an online platform where women can share experiences, receive advice, and find support. Over 200 participants joined, with around 20 actively engaging in weekly discussions, courses, and training sessions.
  • Mobile Awareness Program: "Film Cycle"
    We organized free film screenings with discussions, addressing topics of women's rights and family equality. 4 communities reached, with over 80 viewers!
  • Project "Support for Young Families"
    Meetings for young families helped participants better understand and share responsibilities, strengthening partnership and mutual understanding. 18 families took part in the program over the course of more than 6 months.
  • Mini-Project "Dream Profession" for Women
    16 participants gained new professional skills through workshops and courses. Over 120 hours of consultations with psychologists, lawyers, and career advisors were provided, and 5 published articles garnered more than 8,000 views.
  • Story Collection "Our Heroines"
    A collection of inspiring stories about women has become a true source of motivation. It features 6 real success stories of women from our region and has received over 3,000 views.
